We offer several delivery standards provided by two carriers:

• Overnight (1 business day) offered by UPS;
• 2nd day (2 business days), offered by UPS;
• 3 day Select, offered by UPS;
• Express (up to 3 business days) and Standard (up to 5 business days) offered by USPS and UPS;

You may specify a delivery date; however, we can only guarantee a specific delivery date if overnight shipping is selected.

All orders will be shipped next two business days after payment received. You will receive the confirmation email with tracking number for each order you've made.

We use USPS Priority Post to expedite your order. Priority Post means a product is delivered within 4 days (usually - exceptions may be encountered!) anywhere in the 50 States, Hawaii, Alaska and the Virgin Islands. If you select Priority Post, your shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed prior to your final order confirmation. One advantage of Priority Post is the ability for us to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address (see below for APO/FPO).

Standard delivery via UPS ground service takes 1-6 business days. If you wish, 2 Day (delivery within 2 business days) and Next Day (delivery within one business day) air service are available for an additional charge. Orders placed after 2:00PM EST will not ship until the next business day.


The USPS does NOT currently offer on-line package tracking. We do provide you with a USPS Delivery or Signature Confirmation number which allows to determine if a package has been received. If you require on-going package tracking, you may elect to ship by UPS when checking out. If you select UPS, your shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed prior to your final order confirmation. We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via UPS.

If you select overnight or second day shipping, your confirmation will display the average rate for that service. When we receive your order, we will calculate your actual rate based on weight, distance, and service type. The calculated rate may be higher or lower than the 'average rate'. If it is HIGHER, we will notify you of the rate by email and ask you to confirm acceptance of the rate. If the actual rate is LOWER than the 'average rate', we will adjust your shipping charge accordingly and process your order.


We ship internationally with USPS Airmail Parcel Post. The international rate is the average rate for shipments. It may NOT be the rate you are actually charged. Your confirmation will display the average rate for that service. When we receive your order, we will calculate your actual rate based on weight, distance, and service type. The calculated rate may be higher or lower than the 'average rate'. If it is HIGHER, we will notify you of the rate by email and ask you to confirm acceptance of the rate. If the actual rate is LOWER than the 'average rate', we will adjust your shipping charge accordingly and process your order. You will not receive a confirmation email on a lowered rate charge UNLESS you explicitly state, when checking out, that you wish a shipping charge confirmation, Although the maximum weight we can ship internationally by Airmail Parcel Post is 66 pounds, our average rate is based on 4 pounds. IF you believe your product will weigh 16 ounces or less, you can select the USPS Global Priority rate. If your order weighs LESS than 1 pound AND can be enclosed within standard envelope, you may select this option. IF you select this option AND your order weighs more than a pound OR it will not fit into the envelope to meet USPS regulation, we will email you with the adjusted charge. Customs duties and any local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be prepaid.

Other countries: $32 USD.

1. If your order is to be shipped outside USA, the standard shipping time varies between 7 to 21 business days.

2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with customs when shipping to most countries worldwide.

3. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned back to us, we can not issue you a refund. Most orders held by customs is for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
Yes, we do. Remember, than since last year Lida DaiDaihua was prohibited in these countries, we can not guarantee custom clearance and don't hold any responsibility if such happens. Also, no refunds will be made. If you want us to send Lida capsules to these countries, you must make it on your own risk.


APO/FPO We ship to APO/FPO addresses at our standard domestic shipping rates. Due to the fact that the US Postal Service transports packages only to the Military postal service which is then responsible for final delivery, we cannot guarantee APO/FPO delivery service. Overall, we have had good success with APO/FPO shipping however the usual USPS service standards may not be met. For ALL APO/FPO addresses, please provide COMPLETE and MAILABLE addresses. If you are unsure as to the correct form of the mailing address, please verify the address PRIOR to ordering.

Shipments to an APO/PO address must be sent via standard shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.


If the shipping address you provide us is incorrect and the product is returned to us, we will make every effort to confirm your address and reship. Unfortunately, we cannot assume the additional charge incurred for the reshipping. We will contact you to charge your credit card or request a check/money order to cover the reshipping charge. You will be notified of the package return.


We make every effect to insure that your products are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. There are times, however, where product must be made to fulfill your order, or product is out-of-stock. We will ship as soon as product is available. If you require a product by a certain date, please let us know in the Comments portion of the checkout form, or call us to check availability. Once your order has been shipped, we email you the tracking number so you may track it to its destination if desired.


If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery (the boxes should not be unpacked). Please, send us the copy of the receipt for your order. You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item.
